Welcome Home

We give you what you need to enjoy your career
And live the life you deserve.

HomeHouse is a women-owned
boutique agency, servicing all of California,
geared for those that enjoy
a healthy work/life/family balance.

Leaning into quality over quantity, we have no transaction minimums and don’t penalize our agents that don’t do high volume. While some firms look to technology to drive new business for their agents, we believe that Real Estate is about relationships as most clients come from within 2-3 degrees of separation of our social circle.

HomeHouse invests in supporting you so that you have peace of mind and opportunity to maximize the value of your relationships.

Our Founder’s Story

Marisa Zanuck is a highly respected real estate executive with over 25 years of sales, marketing and branding experience. Marisa worked hard to achieve success from the ground up. Shortly after school, Marisa quickly worked her way up the real estate ranks from receptionist to assistant, before finally earning her license to become an agent. After 20 years of working for other firms, she saw an opportunity to expand her career as an independent agency, tilt the payout splits and enjoy the work / life / family balance she’d always wanted.
